Roadkill sickness is a very deadly disease discovered in the year 20XX in the amazonian jungle.

It is mostly caught by tribesmen and tourists who dont take proper health precautions when visiting indigenous areas.

Foreigners who caught the disease and survived describe it as a really long fever dream, severe twisted hallucinations and dreams related to death, torture, suicide and various other self-harming thoughts and even describe their soul leaving the body to a place of pain they could only describe as hell.
